TOTAL BODY CARDIO WITHOUT THE IMPACT.

AN EFFICIENT FULL BODY WORKOUT IN LESS TIME, EVERYTIME.

Versa Fit is a full-body, rhythm-based cardio class taught on the VersaClimber - a superior strength and cardio machine that is easy on the joints & burns more calories than traditional workouts. Combine with one of our strength-training Lagree classes for a hyper-effective, total-body burn.

WHY IT WORKS:

LOW IMPACT

Vertical climbing leverages your natural, upright body position to focus on full-body strength and cardio efficiency – without putting tension on your joints.

HYPER EFFECTIVE

The combination of cardio and strength training allows for higher output in less time. Vertical climbing tones your arms, shoulders, back, abs, glutes, and legs while providing a calorie-blasting cardio workout. Leg and arm day just became one.

BLOOD PUMPING

Vertical climbing can burn up to 800 calories in a 30 minute session. Due to a higher V02 max, this high output allows the body to continue burning fat and calories hours after the workout.

ACTUALLY FUN

Our 30 minute classes are combined with a world-class light system, heart-thumping bass, & energetic instructors that will encourage and support you every step of the way.

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED:

  • Versa Fit is a full-body, rhythm-based cardio class taught on the Versaclimber. We are proud to be the first and only Versaclimber studio in all of San Diego! This vertical climbing machine will have you burning 60% more calories than running, rowing, and biking and with zero impact on the body!

  • If you are new to Versa Fit or new to the Versaclimber, we strongly encourage starting your journey with an intro level class to get more comfortable with the method and machines. But it is not required as all of our classes are modifiable to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey.

  • To prepare for your Versa Fit class you will need; water, athletic shoes, and maybe a sweat towel if you’d like. We sell towels and waters in the studio if you forget yours.

  • We always suggest consulting with your doctor on this one. Typically, we don’t recommend trying a new workout if you’re expecting, however clients who have been regularly attending classes are usually clear to continue doing so.
